I sings a song from Naples, the title is "Come facette mammete" (Neapolitan language or "dialetto"). In Italian the title is "Come ha fatto tua madre" and in English "How did it make your mother". This song speake about a man who describe how a beautiful girl was created.
Is quite strange see a man from Tuscany sing a Neapolitan song, because he must use a different local language.
