To clear things up. Suarez was found guilty on the balance of probabilities - this means there is no substantial proof. The verdict was reached by the FA selecting Evra's story as more "probable". This essentially means the FA took Evra's word over Suarez'. Which in a court of law is inadmissable. The fact that Suarez admitted he said negro (when he could have just denied it) tells us that he did not think it was offensive. Suarez is innocent - he meant no racial offense.

To clear things up. Suarez was found guilty on the balance of probabilities - this means there is no substantial proof. The verdict was reached by the FA selecting Evra's story as more "probable". This essentially means the FA took Evra's word over Suarez'. Which in a court of law is inadmissable. The fact that Suarez admitted he said negro (when he could have just denied it) tells us that he did not think it was offensive. Suarez is innocent - he meant no racial offense.
