It is COMPLETELY unrealistic to expect a single person to read every bill that comes down the pike. If that were the case, Congress would come to a stand still. Well, then thinking a step ahead of that, why are there so MANY bills? The Constitution and the Federalist Papers clearly identify the limits of the Federal government, and thus the majority of these bills are not even in the scope of legislation by the feds.If they actually begin to legislate as dictated by the Constitution, there will be less to read, more to throw out, and time to actually improve the country!
