Very cool GMC crew cab, had to use two model trucks to build that, a lot of people do that to clod buster bodies to make a 1/10 scale crew cab. Nice work.

In a manner of speaking - yes - I do make 'em but I make them for myself and then when I get tired of admiring them I sell them -lol (j/k) I do make them for my personnal collection though - I just sell them when I need to finance another project of some sort.

Thanks dude! I currently have a all alloy Xmod car chassis with 2x2 stacked FETs and a hot motor - it can go pretty much over 25 to 30 mph easily on liths - probably more with lipo but i'll stick with liths better.

YOu basically have to make your own custom mounts so that it can clip onto the xmods' chassis. Go to the Xmods forums and you find tutorials on them that show you step by step or tell you what you need to do it.

Thesed bodies are 1/24 or 1/25 scale models - the only plastic I use to make other little pieces is styrene plastic or those plastic signs (for sale signs).

i got the rear end of my truck but 4wd drive doesnt work so well and servo berly works no response any ideas

The only thing I can say is that maybe your gears don't mesh properly and maybe your gear is too small on the servo - that makes it go slower. Also check to make sure you didn't miss putting back all the plastic bushings/metal bearings - if you miss one it could mess up your gears or hinder your truck's performance.

no i got all the bushings in and it chatters alot,,,redid my servo with new connections and its twitchy but responsive,,,and i did the rear servomod wrong i need a new rear end piece and a servo and pinion that goes on the spur gear where do you get those for the servo mod

very nice, what method did you use for extending the EVO chassis? I had a tough time when I did the extension on my EVO car chassis. Hot glue, lol.

I used a thick piece of styrene, screws and aluminum sleeves - the styrene is secured on top and the aluminum sleeves are secured on the sides all with screws.

i went there and didnt find helpful tutorials but ive made a servo motor out of a pro-pulse servo and its got TORQUE i just dont know how to mount it and how to get a pinion on it, and if you could hook me up with a working electronic board that would be nice.links would also be very very very appreciated to the tutorials :)
