The fibers of power is not useful for hypertrophy, just give speed and short power 3 to 6reps.The fibers of power progresses quickly but it saturates quickly too.
But even if it saturates, you can take power without growing bigger

Hey, thanks for the posts. Ectomorphs have more of the endurance related fibers (marathon runners) These are more efficient with oxygen and last longer. Explosive muscle fibers (100m sprinters) are the ones that give you the size. Each of them give you different type of power, so you have to target both of them in order to maximize your strenght and size.
Bullshit! my legs measure 27 inch ,and i never made power training.Just endurance 20-25reps.Unfortunately that does not function with my arms because they does not contain enough of this kind of fibres.You believe that the body-builder have nothing endurance, that is false.

loll. by looking at the video again, it seems to me that badly understood. Type 1 = ectomorphic, type 2 = mesomorphic, haha. wtf? Bruce Lee was ectomorphic and could raise 225 8reps(bench). Ectomorph = type 2, mesomorphic = type 1 (endurance) 3,4 sets of 10,15reps, sacroplasmic hypertrophy (long time power)= muscle gainer.

Ectomorphs can obtain a great power but the of very short moment. Bruce Lee was this kind of the type, powerful, fast. Its training was of 6, 8reps.
