  • So, as I lean back, what about the coccyx? Should it be tucked under, or back?

  • @cesec24 It really dependson where you need the most work for some it will be the legs Mostly I would say the mid section Psoas and the abs intercostals . Not just the abs this pose works alot more than that.

  • hold it for as long as you can and time it, then try and increase by a second each time you re-try it

  • Yeap a second a time is heaps that is well over a minute if you do it twice per week for year.

  • Just bring your legs as high as you can and work with only the first move. You will get better at it .
