Yes, it was wrong of him to have an affair and deny it. But that's part of his personal life and if he stood by his wife until the end, he's not all bad. Furthermore, that's part of his personal life and it shouldn't effect his politics. Elizabeth even said, "I still believe his policies are, by far, the best." And watching him at the funeral yesterday, it was clear he really loves his children and will help them through this.

Weren't it the Republicans who complained about Chris Coons attacking Christine O'Donnell (like you're supposed to in a debate and tried to say he was only attacking her because she was a woman?

Yes, what he did was wrong. But there is still and always will be greatness in the man. What he could have done for America can only be speculated about. However after spending time with him in Texas, I can tell you he is touched with greatness. God Bless him and his family.
@phoenixtimes2 There's no denying he did good work as Senator on behalf of working people, although I'm inclined to be grateful that he wasn't elected, if only due to his questionable experience. He seems genuine, though, and I'm sure he's a good person. I don't know him.
