its based on slavic pagan legends. they had a holiday where women made these halos from flowers and put them in water(if it sinks you wont get married, if it floats it will float to the future husband).also its the only holiday when an infertile woman could get "pregnant".water was the symbol of cleansing and fish is a symbol of fertility/pregnancy.anyways, there are a lot of things here :D

It's rather difficult 2 tell the only meanin,'cause there are a lot of them. It is a symbol and can be explaind as many times as you fantasy would let u. everything'll be right. I think it is about the life. How it begins and ends. First crosses(graveyard. It disappears and we see a tree, as the end of the life and its natural begining. Tree is also known as the basis of life in some religions. Then...

They are mothers (those who produce new life).

What about the bull. He is very huge, he stands near the house where a child born and eats the tree. I think it is some evil power, the power of destruction of the life, but I can't be sure...
