I got this for free when I ordered my upgrade of Premiere as a bonus disc. Been looking around to see what it can do before I start playing with it. Thanks for the extreme examples. They make the changes very noticeable.

it's good but i think you went overboard with the blurring. way too often and too much. blurring is a powerful tool if you use it RIGHT but if it's used wrong... it easily makes things look bad

I really don't remember. It was not a built in preset, i played around with the settings, and came up with this.

Yes, actually it was done knowingly to emphasize the effect. In an actual usage it would be much lighter of course.
