it probably venting methane, and you can not see these gases, but the radar will pick it up, so how ever you call, they will not see anything in the skies, they need to get closer to it and see if they can smell anything funny in the air, but have them take someone with them to be safe, i think methane will make you pass out, if not that, check for sulfur smells in the air, you know like a match been lite.

@Terri3210 yes, certain kinds do. I know those included are sulfuric acid, methane and helium. I think that's what most people are leaning towards now.

Great investigative call! This is truly weird to me. It's been on radar for several days now...at least ever since dutchsinse brought it to our attention. I've looked at all satellite color bands and nothing shows up. I can't wait to find out what this finally is. Thanks.
@metubegirl69er I called 5 businesses today, two didn't answer and three said they saw nothing or clouds. It wasn't until the 5th call I thought, "Hey... I should record this!" :-P
I found a better way to do the audio, so expect more of these if it vents again tomorrow.
