We didnt need to heat the forks but some were harder than others.

Jay,

Some are easy and some are not. The easiest ones are silver plated. Also if your talking about the soft tip ones, we got them in craft stores. If your talking about the regular ones, we got them many places like Home Depot, Lowes, etc.
