what i dont like about this performance is that simone doesnt get all crazy and excited as i do when i hear that awesome guitar break...is the BEST part of the some..is a great excuse to headbang like crazy...that´s what i would do i if was her

They found out Ariën was a great grunter and I think they've made the right decision letting him show his talents:D! And btw, isn't it great he can drum and sing at the same time?

They seem so rooky. I love Epica is that live Simone is not good. She doesnt even seem to have energy or liking it that much. Ill bet this will be her last album.

It's their first performance with the new songs, so she, and the band, aren't as comfortable performing them still. It comes with time, this confidence. She's great live, but this is the first time she had sung these songs live...

nonono, their first tryout of some(?) new songs was on Oct. 2 2009=) of course they are nervious a little bit - how people will react and "take" the new album. But it doesn't strike eyes
