Can you say a little bit more about what you can actually do, and what you should eat to make it better. What type of food should you eat, what shouldn't you eat?
I'm having problems with cystic acne and also have very bad digestion problems so it makes absolute sense that in order to heal my acne I need to get my liver and intestines functioning properly. Your videos are great. I really appreciate them. I've been to dermatologists who only want to prescribe harsh and costly prescriptions. They don't mention anything about the connection between acne and nutrition. It's nice to see someone wanting to provide people with accurate knowledge.
i think this is true because i had my appendix taken out when i was little and now have some stomach problems and acne for awhile but its gotten better since i got older and have been eating a little better ,but i think it does have alot to do with hormones and genetics too.
I have suffered from acne for many years. Though friends and family told me it could stem from my diet, I refused to believe them or alter it. I consume diary (milk, cheese, milkshakes, icecream) potatoes, bread, rice, donuts and other foods daily. In addition, most of my meals include one or more forms of dairy or starch. Do you have any suggestions on the types of foods I should try, now that I'll have to eliminate those for clear skin. Perhaps you know of some recipes you can suggest?
I have heard of many stories of those who do masturbate and their anecdotal evidence that it may be linked, but I cant comment with other than that. Brown spots from pimples respond really well to two of the supplements i recommend on the free video where i explain the underlying causes of acne.
tea trea doesn't really help because this is an internal problem
