But, there are many things in which that are taught that are not totally true. But in this case it is true. The potato came to Spain via the Americas.

How dare you say that the Irish in Britian are not grateful. Irish people have no problem with Britian or the British people. Seems like a lot of IRish people hate Angela's Ashes and Frank McCourt. My dad calls Frank McCaourt a traitor, and refuses to read the book. My dad is from Longford, Ireland, and said he had hard times growing up but wouldn't write a book about it. And my dad grew up on a farm.
