  • In this video, Jones comes across as having something of a histrionic quality; he strikes me as the sort to tell tall tales to gain attention.

I thought the whole thing was terribly incredible in the first place. I looked into it some more, and it is clear that Jones' account was indeed exaggerated, and the students did not take "The Wave" very seriously. Google "The Third Wave - evidence from people who were there"

  • La Raza indeed

  • Seeing Jones speak here in this video, I can actually understand how he pulled off such an experiment as he not only has excellent skill as an orator, but has real charisma to boot.

  • I just got done watching the German version of The Third Wave story. BRILLIANT adaptation, although in this 2008 movie the "experiment" takes place in modern day Germany, and there are obvious changes (the ending is brilliant in the movie, yet fabricated).

I cannot wait to see "Lesson Plan", the new documentary filmed by one of the actual students who was in Ron Jone's Third Wave class experiment.

I appreciate Mr Jone's intentions; glad this story is gaining attention once again.

    BE KIND

  • crazy..

  • I had to read the book in English class...

Now I want to know more...

  • I remember being there

  • Brilliant teacher and a very good warning he gives.

  • I remember watching the wave in 1994 and being horrified to hear that it was based on a true story... wild.
