No one voted for war The Congressional Resolution H. J. RES. 114 authorization for force that Bush used to launch the invasion of Iraq. According Section 3, paragraph B, Bush was required to prove to the Congress that Iraq was in violation of UN Resolutions by still being in possession of weapons of mass destruction, and secondly, that Iraq was behind 9-11. Bush failed to do this.

The war is over and we lost. Our objective was to overthrow Saddam Hussein and establish a democracy in Iraq that we thought would bring stability to the middle east. This will never happen. This is entirely the fault of Bush and his adminisration. He is an idiot. Be proud of our troops and support them. Be mad as hell at Bush. He's the one who put us in a war that cannot be won.

I don't think that soldier hates America, he just sees the futility in fighting a war where people blow each other up in the market place, torture each other, behead them and drill holes in their bodies. These are tribal people who need a brutal dictator to quell the violence that in breed into them. I think the Troops mean well, but when there are so many who are predisposed to this horid form of mayhem, why stay and occur futher losses for those who just kill for the sake of killing?
