yeah dont you notice that about a lot of games these days? the new ones were awesome because they were the first but nowadays everything is just the same plot/gameplay with new levels and hidef graphics. take tony hawks for example. Id stil play the first 2 over project 8 any day. Killzone 1 vs killzone 2. Even now cod4 vs modern warfare 2? its just diff levels and weapons.

I was enjoying this game upto the third mission on EOS which I can't find!! it doesn't unlock! I have 100% morale and 0 EDF control, so wtf!? Apparently, I need to buy the nano forge which I didn't buy earlier...if that is the case, that is truly f-ed up. You need to buy it because its important to the plot of the game. You will probably understand if you stick with the game, get the gun and complete the campaign. Its a pretty cool weapon so give it a try

Did you do Guerrilla actions and destroy enough EDF compounds? And you need the Nano Rifle to progress too. After you finish Eos, then you have to get a special upgrade to go through the Irradiated Zone. You have to go through the old Ultor labs, and to the Marauder's area. There's a marker infront of a small Marauder building digged in the wall.

ok the gun IS mandatory because it has it's own cut scene you have to look after it because it's part of the story line Ps. you can melt people and building and stuff it's real mint!

why do games devs (and film makers) still use red skies on Mars, the sky on Mars is mostly grey with a bit of pink and at some times of the day a little bit of blue. The nearest it gets to red is orange about lunch time and if there's a dust storm.

Grey skies don't really add to the atmosphere of a frenetic shoot-em-up. If most everything is red, there's a stronger subconscious desire to rip and tear. Grey skies would make the situation seem more hopeless, rather than a glorious revolution.

The red faction is a group of rebels who fight the EDF (Earth Defense Force: representatives from Earth that have become corrupt with power). Dan wants you to join the red faction, but you don't want to. But once they kill your brother, you decide to join the red faction, liberate mars, and avenge your brother! o_0
