Well Michael actually brought me this for lunch the other day and I have to say it was amazing~ Every bite was filled with flavor, it was spicy but it was not over powering. I do think that there is NOTHING wrong with the green container parmesan.
Although I do believe that the more you pay the better the parm.
I use both!
The green can stuff never goes to mold either!

Yes, you can omit the wine and it will be just fine.
Go straight to the tomatoes!
You also can use red bell peppers instead of the yellow for sure!
Not really any taste difference between the 2 of them.
