Those suckers who run puppy and kitten mills and as well as abuse these poor animals need all be hung just like the old days. In fact all people who abuse animals need to be hung. I get very defensive as when it comes to my family and the love for animals. Poor things it breaks my heart :-(

i ADOPTED a dog who was in a puppy mill, and he was abandoned with another dog in a backyard. i havent regreated my decision at all! THUNBS UP IF YOU AGREE PUPPY MILLS NEED TO BE STOPPED!

This is why I endorse animal shelters. You can adopt a sweet dog or kitty for far less then these horrible places. We adopted my kitty Shadow from an animal shelter, and we took in a stray and starving dog who just needed love. Shadow and Jack are terrific friends and relatives to us and we are so thankful we have them in our lives. It does not matter if an animal is a pure breed; a companian animal is just as wonderful and loving than any other high priced pure breed out there!

mills c'est pour les chiots pas pour les chiens adultes tués je crois que si ils avaient du etre tues ca ferait longtemps qu'ils le seraient. Those cute dogs and cats you see in the pet store all come from mills and the sad thing is, if we buy them then we are giving our business to the mills but if we don't buy them then those kittens and puppies will be sent back to the mills to suffer. truly a sad world we are living in......

MOST breeders just think they know what they are doing but in the end they end up with like, what, 400 animals?

Then they don't know what to do with them, they starve, there thirsy, unhealthy, in pain... The breeders like that don't care they just want money. Those people are sick. But on the other hand, good, responsible breeders are awsome. They know what they are gonna do with the animals, they know how to take care of them. I am totally against puppymills but I do have to stand up for responsible breeders like myself and friends. Not everyone who Breeds treats their animals this way. Also we don't breed nonstop.

I agree. This is bad. The pet store where I got my dog said that it came from a breeder, but then we figured it was some fraud and it came from a puppy mill.. Though she's a great healthy dog.

this is sad!! to many animals are euthianized for no reason! I have had three rescued pets from the shelter. All mine are fixed! Also poor puppy mill dogs people buying from breeder just encourage the breeding of those innocent animals.

This is horrible. Dogs, for the rest of their lives, walk on chicken wire with muddy, bacteria-infected water. The females are constantly breeded their entire lives. Every time they are in heat, they are breeded. When the females can't give any more puppies, they take them outside and shoot them, when some loving family could take it in. The female's nipples turn to tumors from having so many litters.... This is horrible. DON'T BUY FROM PET STORES!!! GO TO A LOCAL POUND OR HUMAINE SOCIETY!!!
