All you need to defeat Lance is a Lapras with Thunderbolt,Surf and Ice Beam.Nothing more.Red is a pain in the ass.In HeartGold/SoulSilver Red is dead easy because you have got a Mewtwo with 350 at least Sp.Attack.But in G/S/C versions his Snorlax was able to beat the crap out of your Mewtwo and Mew if you had traded from R/B/Y versions.Snorlax is a motherfucker overpowered lazy ass in the old versions:xD.

@ktownking91 I had no trouble too. Dragonite was easy. I used mamoswine (piloswine if you can't get a heartscale) to use a single iceshard. Clears out those dragonites pretty quick :D
