I'm glad that Midas Touch finally got in a decent effort in Australia after really struggling in his first 2 starts down under. Ran a very respectable 3rd behind Littorio and Glass Harmonium. I was beginning to think that Midas Touch was going to be another Doctor Fremantle, Mourayan, or Buccelati. Horses that came to Australia from Europe, and struggled to acclimate and run very well. Although Kingdom of Fife and Glass Harmonium both acclimated and have run with a bang from the start down under
