ok the reason it hurts so much for a guy to get hit in the balls, one it is worse than anything else, you get hit in and it is pretty much the same pain as getting hit in a different organ, it just hurts more because all we have to protect them is a few layers of skin, no muscle or fat like the stomach and other areas, so they aren't much more sensitive but they aren't protected is why it hurts, if that makes sense
