I put in the mount step and it tells me operation not permitted. The folder in the C drive is read only. Do you know how to change it...if not where is the superuser and other things located

When you unroot this way does it remove clockwork? On my DX when I unrooted I had to rename and delete files to get rid of it. Thanks

I tried to remove the bootstrap and got stuck into a boot loop. The phone was rooted of course. I did a factory reset and the phone will not turn on now. Verizon sent me a new one and I have to send back the other one. Would they be able to tell it was rooted or try to charge me? If so, how can I try to fix the phone to avoid it.

Hey max, great videos! they're easy to follow, easy to use. I did an update on my phone AFTER rooting. Now it won't grant the superuser permissions properly to certain apps, setcpu, sqlite editor. Do i need to unroot and reroot my phone to get things working properly again? Or is there a way to resolve this without having to go through all that? thanks!

If I unroot my razr will it undo the hack on the wifi tether. I did the mobile hotspot hack you showed in another video and i want to know if I unroot my phone will it undo that hack. Also, with my phone rooted, how do I get OTA updates?

@tazman134 actually you can keep hotspot hack even if you unroot since you kept the settings. You have to unroot to get OTA updates.

So hey I did this root the night I got my RAZR and now I am not so sure that was a good idea since I am "droid NooB" so I failed to make or create a stock back-up rom or whatever but I wanna try this and hope to get my RAZR back 100% stock just like it was out of the box.

Will this way still work for me? Sorry i'm a NooB to Droid but since I've learned so much in the past few days I really just wanna start over fresh again with no root and stock everything! Thanks ;) Great Vid!
