He killed himself, people need to face the facts. He was suicidal most of his life. In his teens he used to tell his friends he had the"suicide gene" and that one day he would end up killing himself.

He had a stomach condition that doctors couldn't figure out, so he was in constant pain. he also had scoliosis. Heroin took the pain away, but he became a junkie and he hated being a junkie.
