  • Very helpfull! Thank you :D

  • you can also use a body scrub ! its exfoliating just like the brush

  • when you use the brush, do you put water or anything on the brush before?

  • Ok, I will try brush tonight ! Thx for sharing! :)

  • Cellulite? Please respond if you have tried it.

  • Does using that brush actually reduce cellu

  • @beapinkie9 The brush does reduce it, it's really good, but you have to be constant with it

  • well i heard caffein is good for cellulite... coffee and green tea has tons of it!

  • @jahlove111 You can buy green tea without caffeine. I lovee tea. I usually use green tea for facial masks and I believe that the caffeine is bad for my face. Haha. I love mint or spearmint teas.

  • blah

  • I wonder if a lufa would work instead of the brush

  • wats celluite?

  • @Lcas58 LMFAOOO why are you watchig this video...

  • @Lcas58 LMFAOOO why are you watching this video...

  • i didnt even think that was normal. i though i was wierd lol imn happy to know that its quite normal

  • @arktana I've read that the caffeine content in Green Tea is very low. It's not even enough to dehydrate you if all you drink is tea. White tea has the least amount of caffeine and comes from the same plant, like black tea, so it has the same great benefits. This is just what I've read, so I would check up on it just in case I'm wrong :)

  • @arktana Oh, and you can also get naturally decaf green tea.

  • green tea has caffeien in it -so how could it be good for cellulite?!

  • Im only 14 i have BAD cellutie and i needa get rid of it and i hate whereing shorts im realy mebaresesd where do u get the brush ?

  • Anna, how long it took to see the first results after you started body brushing? 2 months? 6 months? I would be so happy if u could tell me :)

  • Thank you so much for these tips. I'm tired of feeling uncomfortable to go to the beach or wear shorts I'm only 21!!!!

  • Do u use the brush on dry skin??

  • woww great tips! ive never thought about the brushing thing and ill give it a try and somewhat i feel it will really work thanx beautiful!:)

  • You're pretty!

  • Where is that shirt from? it's awesome!

  • Nice Maltese, mine is named Buddy, they really are the coolest dogs aren't they? Come meet me in Vegas and bring your dog to meet my mine. He has a cellulite problem and desperately needs your help?!?!

  • OMG THANK U SO MUCH I THOT I WAS THE ONLY GURL THAT STARTED TO HAV CELLUILITE AT A SUCH A YOUNG AGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!RELLY THANK U SOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!

  • me to im 15 and i have a little?

  • how did u do ur hair?? its beautiful!! the waves are perfect <3

  • i love the way you talk

  • o rite well im half italian half american and i was born in australia.

  • are u really american coz u snd like a scottish person tryin to b american....no offence!!

  • @lolage81 she is half Italian half Irish, and lives in Ireland, but she was BORN in the United States, so technically yes she is american. She said so in one of her videos.

  • Hiya Anna, quick question:

I noticed that another commenter asked about stretch marks...

I am blessed with a beautiful curvy wife - she works out quite a bit & doesn't have much cellulite; in general, she's amazingly UN-self-conscious for a girl, but the one thing which DOES bother her are the stretch marks (personally, I don't think they're a big deal at all)...

Is there anything you or Natalia can recommend to help with stretch marks?

    Thanks!

  • @GKSireland stetch-marks can be sign of not enough zinc in the diet, just something to think about. I found that mine lightened and are very hard to now see.

  • omg your hair is the most amazing i ve ever seen!!! how do you look after it? tips please mine is so dry at the ends...

  • Irish or American?

  • thanks, that was really helpful!!

  • You are so pretty:]

  • Do a hair tutorial on this hair!

  • Thanks so much! :D

  • my successfull solution against cellulite is: vegan food and 1 to 2 hours dayly walk lots of water and tee. thats all.

  • @johmarie7 but vegan food is an unhealthy diet... as in, you dont eat dairy, or enough protein.

  • @MsPurpleMusic i dont agree. i just made different experiences. u should see my blood-test-results! healthier not possible. i mean i eat vegetables fruits nuts oilseeds wholeweeds and that IS healthy. every one of my meals hast all of these things in it.

  • @johmarie7 hmm... fair enough! But, I mean more like how eating meats and stuff is part of our ...normal?.... diet, you know? So you lose out on some things; not meaning that it still isn't healthy, because there are nutrients that are only avaliable in meat/fish or whatever. [Sorry if I offended you! I really don't mean to!] :)

  • @MsPurpleMusic well its just that people in general just eat what everybody else eats without thinking if it is allright or if they would eat it without societys habit. but i dont like putting (sorry but) dead anymals in my system! not only because they are not as clean and who knows healthy as humans but i like anymals. they have a soul just like people. and it is really hard to eat vegan when the other people around u eat meat. but i got used to it and so did the people in my environment.

  • @johmarie7 sorry because i eat meat :( I always feel guilty eating meat esp. around vegans/vegetarians. and I DO think about what i eat, but i like chicken, so yeah... god, i feel like such a bitch saying that. sorry chicken. love you. good on you though for being a vegan! :)

  • @MsPurpleMusic allright. a joke: lets hope human children dont appear tasting soo good!" sorry really just a joke. have u ever tried the vegan meat-substetude products? to me they taste absolutly like the real meat (so i personally dont like them so much) but i would try it. its healthier anyway. but everybody their own. no missionaring going on.

  • wow i love your hair

  • Also don't smoke!

  • does iced green tea in the bottle have the same affects as hot green tea?

  • @PBtjh no, the bottled green tea will have additives like sugar and colourings so they will cause you to gain more weight than regular, calorie-free green tea will

  • even naturally skinny people have cellulite, and a lot of people don't realize that! i'm by no means naturally skinny but i've got a lot of friends who are like sticks and complain about it all the time. i've also got friend's who are heavier than me (and eat junk food in copious amounts) and they've got NO cellulite, i'm so jealous. i've learned to deal with it. and i <3 spanx.

  • You've mentioned that you use nivea products in previous videos ..have you ever tried there goodbye cellulite gel? I bought it last week but id like to get someones view on it that has use it a while

  • Have you colored your hair lately? Looks wonderful is it a boxed home color?

  • I don't know if you guys have this on the other side of the water, but in the states we have St. Ives Cellulite Shield Advanced Body Moisturizer & Cellulite Shield Gel Creme (the latter of which just recently got re-stocked; sold out everywhere!). It works fabulously. Coupled with walking/elliptical workouts, I've lost most of the cellulite I got from pregnancy! Something to look into if your interested! I totally use the brush your nutritionist posted about!

  • @TheTeamErin

i tried that and it made me break out everywhere!! every cellulite product i use does that :/ i've just decided to do the massage/exfoliating thing she was talking about.

  • Thanks, Anna. Really, it helps me to see that nearly every girl has cellulite.

  • great, now what about stretch marks?

  • I got it when I turned 16. I hate hate hate it. My mom has it bad too. I'm just too insecure to wear shorts.....let alone bathing suites!!! ahhh i hate it! but oh well. So many girls have it.

  • My shouuuuuuutout????

  • ugh it sucks im about 115 pounds and have it i really hate it

  • good informations about cellulite!

One question: You said you brush before your shower. So you brush without any water or lotions on the brush?

  • @JuliaSeiko I think Anna means brushing with a dry brush. That's what is best for removing dead skin cells.

  • i cried when i found celulite!! i was like 14?

  • I like your hair. You should do a tutourial x

  • Have you ever tried any anti cellulite creams? Do they actually work? Or are they just a big con?

  • Vitamin C can help witc cellulite on your arms:)

  • You are just so pretty!

  • P.S I think I saw you a couple of weeks ago in Sandycove/DunLaighre when I was on the Dart. You were running along the pier thingy. Sorry if that sounds a bit stalkery :P It probably wasn't even you but they looked really like you :)

  • So glad I'm not the only girl with it. I'm 16 and thought I was the only girl this young..I'm quite thin and eat fairly well and love green tea. I really think excercise is the key though, something I'm doing not nearly enough of and want to change. I agree with the bodybrushing too, I did that for a while when I had some strech-marks and used Buffy from Lush and they went away within 2 weeks. So, I'm gonna give it ago again. Thanks for the tips. :)

    xo

  • I like green tea only with sugar, could i drink with sugar or just green tea without sugar?

  • tone your body this will help - eg working out

  • Thank you for this vid Anna! I heard it genetic too, but not sure.

  • @MelandMakeup its is mostly genetic.

  • Can you use a loofah instead of a body brush for cellulite?

  • how do you get your hair to look like this?

    its soooo pretty :)

  • thank you. :)

  • You said the coffee is bad for cellulite, but i heard the caffeine is a main ingrediant in all the cellulite creams and that if its put on topically, it reduces its appearance. So, what is the truth?

  • @LalithaSr When you drink coffee the caffeine goes into your blood system, and acts as a diuretic, which dehydrates you. Which makes your skin lose water and it accentuates cellulite. However when you apply cream that has caffeine in it to the skin, it doesn't get into your blood stream the same way as it would if you were to drink it and the caffeine acts as a stimulant and plumps the skin making the cellulite less visible.

  • @xoRawBeautyxo i see..thanks..but wouldnt it have the same effect internally or externally?

  • @LalithaSr no because when you drink it it goes straight to your blood stream and makes you get dehydrated, but when applied topically it doesn't, and it just firms your skin. The reason it dehydrated you when you drink it is because it stimulates your kidneys to get rid of more water, where as when you apply it to your skin it does not get into your bloodstream and therefore to your kidneys.

  • @xoRawBeautyxo sounds good to me! whatever will get rid of it!:)

  • @LalithaSr coffee absorbs the water in your body, that's why it's bad for cellulite. bad in creams from outside the body it stimulates your skin in some way, well, that's what the companies want us to believe i guess ;)

  • @SnowWhite1490 thanks

  • You look pretty :)

  • can you do tutorial about how walk flawlessly in high heels ?

  • i loveee yourr hair! can you do a tutorial of it?

  • hair tutorial please!!!!

  • Even when I was in the darkest throes of my anorexia, I still had cellulite. Bit of a nuisance, but we just gotta live with it and try not to gain any more weight! x

  • majority of the time, cellulite is hereditary.

  • yeah i know a lot of super skinny girls that you would never imagine would have cellulite, but they do. they may be supermodel skinny but they never exercise and boast about being able to eat whatever they want. even though i wish i was thinner, i would never want to look like them. i would much rather exercise and eat healthy than be naturally skinny and in terrible shape

  • Comment removed

  • My cellulite decreased a lot when I started exercising more and eating healthier so it's possible to reduce it but I don't think it's possible to get rid of it completely.

  • I love your dog!!

  • Thanks for the tips !!!

I was drinking coffee and then I heard you saying that coffee is bad . . .lol !

and your dog is so cute !!

  • i have been drinking green tea since i was 16, been working out since i was 17, and healthy eater since 16. I am hott, (from working out, eating healthy) EXCEPT this cellulite wont go away!!!!!!! I look great til i turn around :( I dont believe theres anyway to get rid of it. Im working on being a fitness model, already got exercise specialist certificate. I have been 98 lbs-130 lbs. it didnt matter how much weigh ti lost, i have always had cellulite

  • @jesskell13 by the way, i am 26 now

  • yay, thanks for all of the helpful tips. I can't wait to try some of them out.

  • hey i can u check out my channel under katrinalovesmakeup1 i wuld really appericate it anyways i now u get like a mill of these but i would mean alot to me

  • that is nice with albi on the lap i like it. actually i eat vegan since forever and i never had any cellulite anywhere :D i m quite happy about that and proud couse eating vegan is next to impossible i can tell! oh my imagine invitations of all kind to dinners etc! i dont want to stand out all the time so i prefere just eating salat and let them think i m anorexic! which i not ofcourse.

  • ahhh not coffee. :( although I only drink 3-4 cups a week.

  • you look like a home ec teacher :D x

  • @emelierosa actually it does help...

  • u give the best advice and r SO easy to listen too :)

  • You forgot my shoutout lol! No worries! :)

  • just wondering, how do you sanitize the body brush? i love using skin care tools in the shower, but i always have to throw them out after a few months because they get icky : /

  • Great video! Do you use any anti-celulite creams? I've used one by Avon that is pretty good!

  • Interesting about coffee doing that! Brushing is good for skin (body) exfoliation, as you said! I think I heard Rolfing is good too - think that's the name. I have never had a problem with that, but my sister used to talk about hers. LOL

  • you have changed so much since starting on youtube- looks wise! so much less bronzer tan and bleach. your beautiful

  • Your hair looks so pretty in this video xo

  • @niclad07 agree!

  • thanks for the tips, anna! u know so much!!

but im 15 and never had cellulite...do u think im gonna get it down the road?

  • i dont think i have any but im turning 13 this month so this upcoming year ill probably get some. haha thanks for the tips your a great role model =)

  • @macluver35 some people don't get cellulite, it really depends on your genetics and how much you weight..etc. If you're healthy and work out you may have none to very little. The fatter you are the more you have.

  • @xheathermichelle thanks =) my doctor says im normal weight so i guess that means that i wont get much then... hmmmm well ill find out soon enough haha

  • @macluver35 You can be a size 2 and exercise everyday and still get cellulite. Its mainly diet and genetics. Having a poor diet doesn't necessarily mean you are fat either. Some skinny girls eat a lot of junk food. The best way to tell if you will develop it is if your mom has it.

  • thank you soooooo much ! I'll defionatly use your tips:)

  • First Commmeeennnnntttt (: :) :)

  • @eMmAOoXx1 lol not quite.

  • @xheathermichelle Ok, well Second XD

    Same Difference Bahaha

  • thank god
