@littleelvis21 ok yea maybe its cruel, but what to do if it is minus 20 outside?? and theres salt on the roads to prevent pavement from freezing? this salt is like a chemicals on skin. so what is better? to look cruel but to keep your little dog warm and without any harm, or to go out in minus 20 and to observ how your dog cant even walk?? yea dog is not a doll, but dog does need to go out to pee, and if we wear a jacket and shoes to keep us warm, why cant we take care of our little fellows

Omg, this is sad. You can see by the way he's wagging his tail (very low, close to te body) that he's hopefull that someone will help him to get rid of the shoes. He's definitely NOT happy! Also he has his ears backwards, and is trying to chew the shoes off. You don't have to be a mindreader to see this, Shhelbyy! You just have to pay some attention to his bodylanguage. People who know this little about dogs should't be allowed to have them as pets.
