if this is laptop than what is that strange noise in BG (sounds like a personal Computer-PC)

The noise is interference on the USB mic. If you listen to the mouse clicks, you can tell it sounds like a noisy laptop mouse button. Plus, look down at the bottom right. Battery is charging. ;)
