If u r going to be rude to people when there giving there own opinion then don't expect people to like it ! And I dont what u reply back to me ur just a spa !
@MissFashionQueen123 Just a spa that happens to be a person too. Just seems that many of you have no clue on how to comment. Like you said, if you make a comment on anything, then expect one back whether good or bad. If your comment is out of perspective, then it will get a sharp response back whether you like it or not.
@bubblegumbubble3 To better explain. The cacao mass coating is followed by a wrap that induces deep outer hydration, nutrition and more. The client is then escorted to the shower area for a quick private shower. No client is ever left alone during services that induce deep relaxation.
I'm not trying to be rude, but FanOfEverything1000 was just trying to give you support and was just expressing their opinion. There's no need to yell at them saying they broke the spa rules.
@hugeclocktowerfan if you read the context of how the comment was posted, then you might understand our perspective. Making suggestions on something that you have no background on or clear understanding of simply opens room for comments on both sides.
We stand behind our comment. We were not rude, but certainly straightforward and direct.
Childish, snarky or out of perspective commenting is not tolerated in any manner.
I'm sorry, but I'm only 13 and a guy (no laughing, please). I just, well, kind of thought that FanOfEverything was just giving his own opinion. I still think that, but maybe you're overreacting just a tiny bit? I'm really trying to say this as kind and peaceful as I can. :)
@hugeclocktowerfan I well respect your point of view and many could learn from your maturity even if you are only 13. That comment was out of perspective and could have been worded otherwise but it wasn't and was seen as an insult. Think before you post and all is good.
@jjucuss your comment typically shows that you have no understanding of this industry nor the protocols used. Thus your comment is out of place unless and unmerited.
As Director of Spa Opus, I'm very hesitant to even respond to you "FanOfEverything1000" as you truly show not only arrogance towards SPA protocols, but a complete lack of respect and non-understanding of this service. The internet allows people to speak without thought at times and this truly shows in your attitude as you have no clue even what this service is or achieves.
Too bad for you, but those that have had this service have nothing but praise.
How could this possibly be therapeutic? Latex gloves, plastic covering massage bed... The arm chair in the corner looks more therapeutic. Hint... use clean towels or bed sheets to cover bed and sanitize hands instead of using gloves.... the room interior doesn't help either.... I'd say lose the gloves or make the room more pleasing. I'm just saying the image and your caption don't quite match. :(
...but the chocolate on the body looks soothing :)
