the ps3 is region free i live in the uk an i imported it from america an it works like any normal ps3 game its the blu ray player thats region coded so u can play any ps3 from around the world just not blu ray films

Sigh... the same boring, repetitive animations as last year with no improvement to the gameplay whatsoever. Ratings hardly mean anything either. The only improvement was the features. Im going to be flat out honest and give this year a 6.5/10 as of no improvements hardly at all. Everyone praised them so they didnt take anything out and just added on like the commentary which is by far the worst in all of any sports game.

wow I been a fan of 2k9 and i been doing my research before i spend the money and I have to say as an owner of both systems I'm gonna have to go with this one.. I mean dont give me wrong the signature stands on 2k9 are awesome but the graphics and the camara angles on this one are sick... sorry 2k9 but not this year

I was always a HUGE fan of THE SHOW. I have to say, and maybe I'm the only person ever to say it, but I think the pitching system in 2K9 (and even in prior versions) is simply better. It is more fun. Call me nuts. Love it.

360 does not suck although you have to pay to play online, you also have access to netflix from your system, you can listen to music while playing your games, 8 person party chat is available, and content such as the GTA Lost and Damned DLC and Fallout 3 DLC is exclusive. Both systems have their benefits, The Show, MGS4, Killzone 2, Bluray, God of War, and free online for PS3.Gears of War, Halo, Mass Effect, Left 4 Dead and Fable 2 for XBOX. I buy my PS3 exclusives, and 3rd party on Xbox 360
