Hi, the track manager is the third icon from the right, just above the time-line, or if you go to the tools menu at the top, it's right at the bottom

Those effects are in the filters, you'll find them in the media library if you look

this is a fab demonstration. like mentioned, you cant add a filter to the text in the timeline directly. so i take it you add your text then make a video file of it. then import it into timeline then add the filter?

Yes thats right add the text to the timeline then render it and then import it back to the timeline and add the filters or effects of your choice

Yes, when you add the fonts to your windows font directory they are automatically added to Corel Video Studio so you should see them when you want to add a title
