Even though elliot wont be here for awhile i still love the show like i thought i couldn't watch it but i love law and order svu with a effin passion and nothing can change that
I'll give them this: I didn't think it would be good at all - it's hard to make the leaving of a central character work. But they seem to have done a good job.
But hey, that's just from watching the promo and behind the scenes. I'm looking forward to the real thing.
Of course Im going to miss Chris, but I think the promo looks quite good it won't be the same but I think that is maybe time for something new because the last season of svu weren't like the old ones. And me as a big Elliot/Olivia fan think that it's maybe better. I do want Chris back for one or two episodes to explain why he's leaving.
Im a True SVU Fan , so im going to watch this season . Im Seriously going to miss Elliot & the chemistry between him & Olivia . But im also interested in seeing how Olivia will handle this . They were like married in a way . Oh & im also interested in seeing how Olivia will react to her new partner , nothing will ever compare to E & O Chemistry . . but you never know .. right ? This Season is fresh & New & the storylines will be fresh and new . So Im Excited , I cant wait for this season !!!!!!!
I just hope that Dick Wolf and co. pay enough attention to the whole thing really. I hope that we as the audience will get a proper explination about Elliot's departure and that they will give enough attention to how Olivia's gonna undoubtedly find it really hard to adjust to life without Elliot and then getting used to a new partner too.
Also what happened to Casey??
Maybe those were just some bad scenes in there on purpose but it just seemed like she doesn't like Olivia anymore. :(

I mean didn't you notice that all the times we saw Casey bar 1 she was really really angry at Olivia? What's with that? a) They're friends and b) Casey would know that Olivia would be finding it hard without Elliot too so I don't get it. To be continued...

@SvuFanForeva93 - Meloni left, they didn't kill his character off . This was the actor's own choice to leave the show.. He wanted to move onto other things.

"I'm just showing him the ropes": I think that's gotta be the saddest line I've ever heard on a TV show ever! Liv didn't look very happy saying it either did she? :(
Oh the start of S13 is gonna be so sad and really difficult to adjust to huh?

Elliot was the most constant and most supportive person/friend etc. Olivia's ever had in her life and now she won't be seeing him everyday and she won't be working with him everyday anymore. That's really really sad. :(

it looks stupid, the girls looks like they are all in a girl group walking the hallway together, too many women i want my stabler back, this sucks but i gotta say mariska is more gorgeous than ever, love her hair

Me too! I'm really glad Casey's back, but if she is going to be a complete bitch to Liv then they need to cut her out of the show.
And I really don't like how they cut CM's character. I mean really "He left and hasn't called Mariska" ... ?
Elliot would NEVER do that to Liv.
