While millions of excess copies were buried in New Mexico, E.T. was actually the 8th highest selling Atari 2600 game of all time. I really liked it and it's in my personal top 10 best Atari 2600 games list. Howard Warshaw rocks. If you think it's the worst game ever, I can name at least 286 games that are much worse.
