@scaustin11 I would but cannot afford it. The return airfare from the uk to the us plus the cost of that jouney is more than i can afford. So i too would love to see a vid of that journey.
This was a great video. My family and I are taking the Silver Star 91 to Florida in February and have been looking at a lot of videos on google. This is my favorite so far.
That's a very cool day trip DJ. You can board the Morning Cresent in Atlanta and get off in Birmingham, have lunch there, and board the afternoon Cresent headed back to Atlanta. Make sure to get seated for the early dinner and you can be done eating by the time the train arrives in ATL. Traveling by train is way cool because there is always enough room to stretch your legs. Very much unlike sardines in airliners.
