The headdress is something I made. It was very easy to do. I used a hat visor as the base. Then I attached feathers & sequins using glue.

LOL...I confess that most of the time the glamour (or magical "glimmer" tricking the eye) only exists from say the chest up! Waist and below...usually comfy yoga pants, socks and Ugg boots...my house is freeeezing this time of year...

It took me just under 2 hours to put it together. I completed it in a time crunch with the contest deadline looming near. Excluding the "cost" of my time, it only cost around $4.50 to make.
