  • I bet you those two start out at about 120% 02 SAT!

  • To great3242gramma...Me also sweetie. I was the boogieman in the 60s...but my fingers have stiffened...Damn...but I still play some on the Roland board. Beanicus

  • so much appreciate this post!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I love these two dancers. I have watched their original video with Zingg dozens of times and never tire of it. So glad to find this one on youtube.

  • @Spassgamer, actually,I think it does. It's just mistimed.

  • Ditto from me here. Can't move quite that fast anymore but sure love to watch these guys. Yeah!

  • World champs! Yeez - are they good? Are oceans deep? Do vulcanoes erupt? What an amazing coordination, synchronization, timing, feeling and excellence. Keep on doing your stuff. J

  • Well this is certainly a case where youth is not wasted on the young. Jeesh, I wish I could move like that again!!!!

  • I am at the end of my life which i have accepted but when i see this i want to be younbg again and dance linke these wonderfull young people.

  • @silvester59 I feel exactly the same - memories.

  • silvester59,

I understand completely. They can take our vitality, but not our spirit! EVER.

  • I thoroughly enjoyed watching these young people dancing to the same boogie woogie I used to play in the l940s. Such great memories. Now that I am a great grama I feel the arthritis in my hands won't allow me to play like that anymore but I can still remember the fun of watching others dancing to my piano playing....thanks a lot & God bless you.

  • Die Leichtigkeit des Seins ... Danke ... :-)

  • Oh maaan - I am sitting here smiling!

  • love the footwork!!

  • Absolutely wonderful. I can't help feeling better watching these 2.

  • Great editing with Seeley and Baldori's boogie stomp, these two dancers are really good, only ever seen them with Silvan Zing before, great.

  • Groso!

  • Love your footwork, and the types of shoes you wore just showcase those fun, fancy steps that you do so well. William's big baggy pants add lots of style to this amazing routine. Absolutely amazing!

  • You two are SUPERB DANCERS!!!

  • I can actually play this ... but can't dance like I used to ...

    ... you guys are TERRIFIC!

    ;)

    Reid

  • Tax,

My hat's off to you if you can play like THIS!

  • Stink, this song was 1st recorded on the 'ol 78 (I have a copy) - it is played by 2 players and is incredibly hard to syncopate - I know this coz I play barrelhouse boogie piano myself.

  • Love the Piano work here! Great plinky-planky sound.

  • Damn but this scratches a certain itch I have. Thanks for the great Boogie Woogie fix!

  • I like to watch this often, too. I wish there were more videos of William & Maeva available. My favorite one is "Dancin' the Boogie Woogie" with Silvan Zingg on the ivory keys. WOW!

  • not too many fat teenagers back then, that's when dancing was REAL DANCING!

  • two thumbs up !!!

  • when dancing was an ART and not a FREEFORALL

  • do I feel bad? ... now not anymore .. :-))))

  • who is the pianist? A.Ammons son?

  • Sure sounds like Albert -

  • I wonder who invented the Jitterbug? Those were the days when the Packard automobile ruled, Zoot suits were high fashion, and the japs hadn't made their big mistake that caused Yamamoto to say; "I think we may have awoken a sleeping tigar". Damm good dancing :)

  • Wonderful!! Thank you!!!!!!

  • seeley and baldori -GREAT

  • I love the way you did this video. the special effects are great! I watch it often.

  • the step ... :-))))

  • the piano extracts of the piano player doesn´t schow what is actually played..

  • @haslettvision How soon is soon? Is 2 years soon enough?
