Hmm, well id say your tongue. Belly piercings, as all surface piercings, have a risk of growing out and/or rejecting. Also, with a belly piercing, its inevitable that you'll keep knocking it or whatever. Unless you do a tongue piercing insanely wrong, you'll have no trouble keeping it forever. :)
