I did call their customer service and ask to purchase additional dongles, in case one stop working I could send it back and still keep working, they said "NO." I would have to buy the whole program again. Print Shop is only $25.00. I invite you to compare the two. If you shoot wedding back to back you will not have time to wait on a dongle. Time is money.

WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU: This software comes with something called a "dongle" and without it this software is garbage. I had to replace it 4 times. You will have to send it back to India and it takes almost one month to get back. For the money you pay for this software, you're safer going with Photoshop. My dongle broke again and I just removed the whole program from my pc. If you're in the NY or Phildelphia area I will give mine for free all you would have to do is replace the dongle.

How do you sort the photos you are using into the correct numerical order - mine goes 1-10 then 101, 102- all in the wrong order and hard to find and easy to miss a bunch of images. I have altered the numbers to 01, 02 03 04 etc so it should read them ok---computers sometines get confused with the simple tasks or is it me- probably...Thanks . plus do you have to alter the images ie make them a certain size or dpi before use in the programme. ta phil

looks like a good software, i was wondering can you add audio music to the movie slide with dg foto art ? i would love to get the software

With DG Foto Software you could create a slide show and you could also add music (mp3)to it as well
