  • do the heel raisers help if you already have shin splints?

  • @NorthRoofus I would try it, Also take anti-inflammatory medication (Ibuprofen) Also ICE ICE ICE! on the shins! I know you're going to hate them but Ice baths really help a lot! If you want more exercises to build the muscles then get a towel and lay it down, place your toes the the end of the towel and pull the towel towards you, as if you're toes are trying to grab the towel and pick them up but just keep doing that and you should be fine!

  • Dumb question I know but...if you already have shin splints, should you used these exercises to help numb the pain or wait until you have healed completely before doing them?

  • I got a cramp in my toe by doing those, its not a nice feeling.
