Thanks for the great vid guys. For the record, the Festival of Lights was conceived and created by Ida Carnevali, founder/artistic director of Kensington Carnival. Sonya was surely part of the organization in the early days. KC was well known and highly respected for producing many community festivals and theatrical presentations. After working closely with Ida, we were honoured to have the torch passed to us in '94/'95 when she decided to return to Italy.
