Hes probably one of the strongest players around, pretty good running with the ball too and very good at clearing out rucks but theres more than strength needed in the scrum, just doesnt have the technique sadly, hope that changes but it it seems unlikely without a whole new coaching set up.
Very difficult to see matt. could well be the center. If so the quality of the video does not distinguish the number "1" in black from the red in the jersey. However the number "3" is directly in the middle of the jersey so looks awful like a single number. anyway, dont really matter does it. On fifth viewing im beginning to believe ur correct. this guy would be a small prop eh :) peace.
