@MH20Music Well it's being overseen by the original creators at Remedy; there was an interview about it a few months ago with Sam Lake (original writer of MP) and some of the other guys at Remedy and they all said they're happy with what Rockstar is doing with it and they've been really good in passing stuff by them etc. The story encompasses all parts of Max's life so I wouldn't count it out yet.

Well, I've never played the original Max Payne, started with the second, I felt I didn't need to play the 1st to understand the story (Main part anyway), so not really but it's up to you really, personally I'd download them both and play 1 and 2, but if I were to buy, I'd just get the 2nd cause I remember it was fucking amazing haha!

@anonymouswogns The 2 games are connected.But not to much.You won't understand some parts.So it's your choice.I started of with the first one when it came out.But it doesn't make much of a difference.I find the first one somehow more enjoyable...it was reeeeeealyyy dark and evil sorta...Max cracks more ironic jokes and smiles.And looks MUUUCH cooler in the graphic novel then in the second game.But Max Payne 2 has better gameplay.The choice is yours.
