That's not the sound of the gun firing... Either that or the gun is NOT firing 3000 RPM. 3000 RPM is 50 rounds per second... that sounds more like 8 or 10. I suspect the sound was added later because the real sound probably sounds more like a really loud engine without audible individual rounds.

Sorry, eldruva, but the Metalstorm has a "theoretical" of fire of a zillion rpm. Just as a "theoretical" chain gun such as the one in this video would have if it had, say, 36 barrels instead of the 5 or 6 it has. A Thompson has a rate of 650+ per minute, but, guess what??? Even a drum only holds 50. Be all that as it may....want to stand in front of it and count?

yeah it could but there are too many problems with that gun. first is that if you add more barrels to any gun it could be faster. second the gun over heats and melts after like 3000. 4th the gun is a smaller caliber so it does less dameage to begin with. 5th is the size of it. 6th is simiple... where the hell are you going to put a million bullets at. To much for a plane like an a-10. and with smaller bullets there is a rang difference so it is stupid to bother with it.
