we all know shawn colvin is so fantastic, but kudos to john leventhal, too. he's simply one of the best producers out there. and has provided stunning arrangements for among others, shawn colvin and rosanne cash, too.

yeah noname123; gotta agree. the guy is so great! producer, arranger, and also, just plain ol' guitar player... he's a triple threat.

saw him with roseanne cash, in ketchum, on a beautiful summer night a year or so back. they were fantastic.

his guitar playing is stunning to see: he seems to access every riff that has ever been played, and then make it his own. encyclopedic and emotional and original, all at once. totally cool.
