  • Great band, but have to agree with some other posters.

Guys, just join the chow line ONCE per meal!

Remember, every service man is supposed to be able to act as an infantryman, and there are plenty of instances of specialists having to do do--even today..

  • Talk about Dog and Pony Shows THAT SHIT SUCKS! That officer needs to get in the gym and lose some weight! VERY bad example for his troops!! Does the NEX even sale uniform to fit him?

  • The band sounds good but what ever happened to the navy weight standards? The leader needs to work on his military bearing and how he presents himself- face the crowd when you speak and prepare a script. Your off the cuff stuff ain't makin' it! Nice vocals at the end but I'm still waiting for the guitars to be featured. Overall good job by the band. Some questionable charts especially the chord changes on the Gershwin.

  • actually the height/weight standards give a lottt of leeway... im 5'3" and to get in i can be up to like 140/150lbs! (im already 125 and not exactly "skinny" lol)....

and you only have to run a mile and a half in under 12 or 15 minutes as part of a PT test 2x a year to stay in

  • high school jazz band birdland was rough, now its boiled over into marching band, armeggedon days are here again....

  • birdland! whoot! haha i remeber playing that in my old school band hella fun

  • BIRDLAND :DD

    best song ever.

  • Nice...I've been thinking about joining a military band. Navy seems interesting though.
