  • Is it ok if, for flexibility reasons i can't fully extend my legs and so i keep them bent?

  • @pivotiano yes, but work on your pike stretch so that you can keep them straight eventually.

  • @DemonDrills Alright, thanks :)

  • Every time i try that my thighs cramp hard.

  • Please do the next vids shirtfree!

  • hot to trian this?

  • @qwiboh Oh, I've lost ten pounds already

  • But what if you're 230 lbs., 12 years old, and need to do a beginner drill? Oh, and I can't do more than 1 push-up without changing positions and can't do any pull-ups.

  • @gamerfourm217 Do L-sits with your feet tucked, knees to chest. This reduces the leverage and makes the exercise easier. As you get stronger, work on straightening your legs out.

  • ur a beast man... any tips for this? i cant even hold an L shape.. i suck lmao

    any preparations for this?

  • @ApexMovement Hiw can I develop an l-sit abs workout? Should I do a whole bunch of sits for time, or should I do sets of reps in which I tuck and extend my legs, or what? Thx for any tips.

  • @rmsolympic1 If the full l-sit is too hard, you can develop it by starting with a tucked l-sit. Do 3-5 max holds each day and you should see some nice, fast progress.

  • @ApexMovement Thanks for that! Yeah, I happened to have just started doing what you suggested.

  • I love doing these workouts. Anyone know that song btw?

  • @SOCOMSoldier01 who am i by peace orchestra.

  • this is ab killer, who needs a gym? haha

I love your vids, many people often forget what parkour is, how you need to prepare your body for long terms, to avoid injuries and possible pain.

  • This is way harder than it looks!

  • Lol, I can only do it for like 10 seconds

  • haha i dont get how a vid of 1 l-sit gets 9.5k views...

  • I used to do it for a minute, now I struggle doing it for 30sec, I'll have to train again.

  • it kills doing those omg :o

  • LMAO i never knew they had p-bars in the park must be alot of gymnasts in the area oh man thats awesome :]

  • I just watched your videos and you have some good music.

  • Hah, shit and i thought I was being original, I do this in my computer chair when waiting for a download (I download a LOT)

  • lol nice

  • @VlCKREY

    Lol I got the same

  • heh, its great im on a gymnastics team, i can use all that equipment because i dont have all these damn parks near me, just cement, which is not good to try something for the first time on :S and i can do this with my arms fully extended into an iron cross on the rungs lol

  • l-sit & v-sit aren't very difficult but you have to train for a month at least.

  • i just can hold for 10sec LOL

    nice vid

  • a 1-2 minute L-sit is a great goal to shoot for. Get there and you will have developed very useful and solid core stability.

  • are you in gymnastics??? :D

  • Nope!

  • My sister is and she laughed when she saw me watching this video. :P

  • @DemonDrills how are you able to put your legs straight out? is that a flexibility issue? what can i do to help that?

  • @NDzibyrules its either strength or flexibility. start with bent legs and over time, progress to straighter. work on your pike stretch also.

  • @DemonDrills lmao k thanks

  • surely useful, but hard as hell after a bit...
