Those are not inherent to prostitution. In Nevada, where it is legal and regulated, prostitutes are tested for STDs regularly. Can you say that about the (wo)men you date or even your co-workers and relatives? In other words, they hare better sexual health and hygiene than average people! And the ones who belong to brothels have health insurance and health care, not to mention a safe environment.

A prostitute can get paid but not preform sex so the judge would have to forcibly make the prostitute have sex with them if they couldn't find the money. That can't be legal. I agree on some points and I'm not totally against it being legal but from where I see it, there are to many ways that it could turn terribly wrong, plus while some people don't see sex as something too significant, it isn't just a "service". Maybe make it legal, but to an extent, I'm still not to sure on it.

Those are not inherent to prostitution. In Nevada, where it is legal and regulated, prostitutes are tested for STDs regularly. Can you say that about the (wo)men you date or even your co-workers and relatives? In other words, they hare better sexual health and hygiene than average people! And the ones who belong to brothels have health insurance and health care, not to mention a safe environment.
