backflip is the easiest trick 2 learn, ur body goes that way naturaly. its just mental barrier of goin over backwards. diff between normall gainer and flash is - normal is done like a back tuck but travelling forwards having arms at 45 degree angle and using ur hips. flash gainer is split legs and is easier on flat with a lil bit of run becouse you dont have 2 worry about clipping your feet on a block or somthing.
would suggest having a solid back tuck b4 trying it tho, wud help :)

@ferngari68 Have someone spot you. Though I dont recommend it if you feel strong enough than just do it. Once somone spots you you'll get a feel for it. Once that's established make sure to ask how much effort your spotter is making in helping you around. Once you've passed that and he's told you hardly it's all reach for the sky and slightly lean back enough to feel like you're gonna land on your back and tuck instantly. That's how I learned. Or just practice on a trampoline.

@9529540612 i find that the key to getting a high jump is getting a large step before you do your flip. dont forget to throw your arms real hard with your kicking leg and jump up! let me know if you have any other questions

Alright, dude. I can Backflip, arabian, wall flip, wall half, frontflip, front half, and round-off backfull. When I attempted a standing gainer off a fence about waist high I landed directly on my face. I don't have any fear but I cant get the move to save my life. I went to a gym and did it, I landed it every time. I think it is confidence I have a problem with. Any suggestions, is simalar to any of the move above?
@FunZ0ne15 a standing gainer is pretty different, but if you said you can land it in the gym and not outside, you may be focusing on going out too far. just try to relax and dont forget to jump out while jumping up, and you should have it down no problem.

@SEBBLALONDE if you want to get used to the motion of the gainer flash or pretty much any other trick try it on a trampoline or onto a bunch of padding, as for wall tricks besides using pads you kinda have to just go for it. Wallflips are easier than you think, the more you do tricks the less scary they will become, just practice the motion on a trampoline.
@ShinobiArjen Hey i checked out your backflip and you just look like you need a little practice. Your form seemed pretty good but it didnt look like you had much power, which primarily comes from the initial jump and overall practice. If you can execute a moonkick or gainer flash on your trampoline then by all means try it out on the ground, just dont rely as much on the bounce of the trampoline. Being able to do a back handspring isnt necessary but it definitely helps, give them a try.
if you really get that kicking leg up and jump as hard as you can you should be able to do it, make sure you can do your regular backflips pretty well first
Believe me, that just can NOT happen, the only important thing is to just do it... If you´re running and you think "FUCK! I´m not going to do it!!" right before the set up...THEN you will fail...
Just run and pull it the whole way through, the worst that can happen then, is that you land on your knees, which doesn´t hurt on grass very much...
Just do it! Don´t think about consequences and you´ll get it ;)

@ShinobiArjen Hey i checked out your backflip and you just look like you need a little practice. Your form seemed pretty good but it didnt look like you had much power, which primarily comes from the initial jump and overall practice. If you can execute a moonkick or gainer flash on your trampoline then by all means try it out on the ground, just dont rely as much on the bounce of the trampoline. Being able to do a back handspring isnt necessary but it definitely helps, give them a try.

i keep landing with my hands on the ground and i somtimes do it like a backhandspring any advice on landing properly?

if you really get that kicking leg up and jump as hard as you can you should be able to do it, make sure you can do your regular backflips pretty well first

it means that your're afraid of landing and you put out your arms when you don't need to, just continue doing it and you'll shake it off

I can do back handspring and backflip, but I´m scared, that I´ll hit my head or I won´t have enough high to land safely..:-/

Believe me, that just can NOT happen, the only important thing is to just do it... If you´re running and you think "FUCK! I´m not going to do it!!" right before the set up...THEN you will fail...
Just run and pull it the whole way through, the worst that can happen then, is that you land on your knees, which doesn´t hurt on grass very much...
Just do it! Don´t think about consequences and you´ll get it ;)

good video man, i think i know what to try now. i can do a regular gainer (with a pretty shitty landing though) but i'm not sure what i should concentrate on, kick hard, jump high, lean back or throw arms? which is most important?

tried some more today after having studied your video. i landed a few of them! but they're still very bad, but thanks! i always come back to look at this video and compare it with videos of myself. it's great that there are a lot of them in slow motion etc. good tutorial

try to do it standing still instead of bouncing and make sure you dont tuck your legs, haha i was the exact same way when i started learning flips, i could do backflips and back360's b4 i could do handsprings haha
