  • Hey Paul,

I was just wondering what kind of humidifier you used and what kind of filter did you hook up to the water line? Looking to do the same and would like to have some insight. Is the filter expensive and do you have to change it often? Thanks.

  • Not a fan of the shop-like walk-in inside a house but it's a matter of taste. That being said, very nice construction but hard wood floors? Any walk-in humidor must have ceramic tiles. Your floor will rise with time due to humidity.

  • AMAZING!!

  • Lighting is bad for the cigars.... Should have used UV.

  • Thanks for the comments. It's actually greenboard, which repels humidity better than drywall. It's been 8 years and the humidity is constant at 70%. For full details, specs, plans, and my journal, see mywalkinhumidor dot cm.

  • That's awesome.

Is that just normal drywall? does that hold humidity okay?

  • Thanks for letting us drool over this truly great home humidor! You really did fantastic work from the flooring to the lighting, thanks for the show! Just bought my first humi today.

  • Fantastic!

  • Oh God, please let me hit the NY Powerball or Mega

  • ...I think I've just cum!!! (LOL)

    Holy crap, that's awesome!

  • All I can say is wow! I just bought my first humidor today, and I hope one day I might be able to afford a collection and a humidor like that

  • Very nice
