This is an excellent demonstration video on morote seoi nage and ipon seoi nage. This throw has always been my favorite. I use exactly the same drills as taught to me by Mr. Shiina from Japan Judo. All throws should be drilled with movement to break balance and acquire boot foot placement, professor Jiro kano intended it as such and is why throws are done with movement in katas. I wish there were videos of the higher level katas,
