Yes, a B-777 can't use the Tri-State AP at Huntington.

I would not want to be on that plane. I live in Huntington, so I know just how short that runway is...and the runway is on top of a mountain...makes it even more scary. If you have heard of the "We Are Marshall" movie...this is the airport where the Marshall University plane crashed. Killing everyone on board...taking out the whole football team as well as coaches, docs, etc.

This was actually one of my better landings, believe it or not. Notice how the video fades out at the end. I actually rolled past the end of the runway and into the Big Sandy River. The 777 is just too big for Tri-State. I should have flown a smaller plane.

@davidamills Did the Marshall plane crash into the mountain before the runway or after it. Ive actually been to the site but Ive not had the view that you provided. Thanx.
